Brownie S’mores Bars
Don’t pick between brownies and s’mores - have them both!
I’m on board with so many s’mores desserts and I thought combining s’mores and brownies sounded incredibly delicious. This recipe is from a Pioneer Woman cookbook and I have only had one single recipe out of the dozens of recipes I’ve made of Ree’s that I haven’t liked, so I was fairly certain that this would be a keeper. And it was! You start with a brownie mix and swirl in marshmallow fluff. Then top with chocolate pieces and graham crackers. After baking for a bit, you top with marshmallows and bake a bit more. And finally finish off with more graham crackers and chocolate pieces. It’s ooey gooey and so chocolatey!
What You Need:
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 box (18.4 oz.) brownie mix
11 Tbsp. salted butter, melted
2/3 cup marshmallow fluff
3 (1.55 oz.) milk chocolate bars - 2 in segments, 1 chopped
1 sleeve graham crackers - 9 total, broken into pieces
1 bag (10 oz.) mini marshmallows
Directions:
Whisk together milk and eggs in a medium bowl.
Fold in brownie mix until you have a smooth mixture.
Then stir in butter until combined.
Prepare a 9x13-inch cake pan by lining with parchment paper and spraying with nonstick spray.
Pour 2 cups of brownie batter into pan and smooth out evenly.
Drop dollops of marshmallow fluff on top and use a knife to gently swirl.
Top with remaining brownie batter.
Arrange segments of 2 chocolate bars on top and then sprinkle half of the graham crackers over the top of that.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with mini marshmallows.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until marshmallows start to brown a little.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining graham crackers and chopped chocolate bar.
Slice into squares and serve.
